1. All orders have to be made in written form and shall be binding in a legal sense. Special productions are non-returnable. Offers and catalog information is non-binding and may be subject to change.

3. Business users get the image and use rights by agreement. For private customers all items remain reserved for personal use only.

4. Damaged shipments (transport loss) shall be filed immediately upon delivery, even if no external damage is visible.

5. Payments shall be made by cash on delivery, plus packing and shipping and handling charges or bank transfer. International orders are generally executed only by advance payment (check, cash, bank transfer).

 

6. Full or reprinting of excerpts, saving, copying or distributing of image or text material from websites of perentie productions by electronic media, electronic mail, Internet or in paper form requires the express consent of the author. Moreover, it is not permitted without the written permission of the copyright holder to upload images or text on a PC, to change them and to put individually or together with other image templates into circulation.
